Example of a conclusion personal to you......I do not plan on going to college when I graduate. However, I plan on completing a certification in supervision. In Kokomo the outlook for job growth is -4%. If I am going to live in Kokomo, I need to think about another career choice. If I still get the certification I had planned on, I need to find a city that has a positive outlook for job growth.
